We have a 7 day return policy from the date of collection.
Eligible Returns must be sent to TTPost no later than the 7th day.
The following items are all FINAL SALE and ineligible for return due to hygienic reasons:
  • White/Ivory/Cream Clothing items​
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Hats
  • Sets that include Undergarments
  • we only accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and in original condition.
  • Returns must be free of stains, alterations, pet hair or visible damages.
  • all items are inspected before delivery, we do not send our customers any damaged or stained items.
  • please inspect your items before returning.
  • Customers must cover any or all return delivery fees. 
  • all Refunds are issued via bank deposit or online bank transfer only when we receive the returned items.
  • We regret to inform you that delivery fees are non-refundable unless an error is made on our end.
processing time for REFUNDS is 1- 3 business days after we received the returned items.
if the return is sent past the 7 day return period, ineligible or not in original condition, it will be rejected & you will be able to collect it at one of our free delivery location.


  1. Email or Message us on WhatsApp indicating you would like to do a return.
  2. We will send our return address and contact information.
  3. Visit the nearest or most convenient TTPost.
  4. Purchase a TrackPak.
  5. Write our return address and contact information provided on the TrackPak.
  6. Send us the tracking number.
  7. Upon receiving the package, send us your banking details & the refund will be issued via bank deposit.
  8. A screenshot of the refund would be sent to you via WhatsApp.


Q:  Do you offer exchanges?
A: Unfortunately, we do not. You may return eligible items, in accordance with our return policy. 

Q:  How soon will I get a response about a return?
A:  We will contact you through email or WhatsApp within 24 hours to inform you if your return is approved or not.  If approved, you will be refunded (excluding delivery fee) when we receive the returned items.  This excludes holidays and Sundays.

Q: How long does it take for the refund to process?
A: It should take 1 - 3 days.  Please remember, it may take some time for your bank to process your refund.  

Q: I received the wrong item and need to return it, am I responsible for return delivery fees?
A:  Incorrect items must be reported to or WhatsApp 1 (868) 474-4526 within 48 hours of delivery.  We will instruct you on how to return the incorrect item and any following steps.
